This place is extremely busy at times, mainly when people are getting off work. Recommend calling in your order before you show up. Don't worry, if you forget to call it's worth the wait. Highly recommend the Huli Huli Chicked, much more flavor than the Kalua pig. Also, extra little cups of teriyaki sauce are .25c if you go thru the drive up window. If you take your order inside the have bottles of different sauces you can load up with for free.
This place used to be great. Now I will never come back. I haven't even got my food yet. Ordered online at 7:00pm. It's now 745 and I'm sitting in the drive thru to pick up my ONLINE order. Havent even gotten to the order screen because the line is around the building!! Rediculous. They can come to the door to say you have to go thru the drive thru but they can't prepare orders and have them ready for pickup.

Went in yesterday after 6 months of not going Service was very friendly but the food wasn't the same. I ordered 4 regular huli huli chicken and the chicken didn't look like before it was all shredded up and the taste was different and texture and the mac was more yellow and way too much rice and less chicken on all 4 plates ordered :(

I wish they'd do a better job cutting their meat, some pieces can be pretty gruesome. Last time there were 2 huge bones hidden in there. Nasty.

The guy running the drive through 12/9/23 @6pm was awful. I ordered my food, made it to the window, and then added a soda to my order. The guy was very passive-aggressive, and acting like me adding a soda was inconvenient for him and ruining his night. There was no one behind me, so it's not like I was making people wait. I would not want that man running my dining establishment with a complete lack of respect for my customers.

Food is good and get lunch from there BUT about a month ago I got the Regular Huli Huli chicken and was sharing with my 10 month old daughter until we found two pieces of hair in our rice so I threw the rest away. Usually I wouldn’t care if it was just me but I was eating with my baby and that’s gross, I called and left a VM so they were aware and got a call back from a Rachel and said she’d be sending me a gift card for a reimbursement (since I had to throw most of my food away) and said they’d be ordering hair nets. Never received anything snd went there the other day for lunch and seeing the people walking behind cashier in the kitchen not wearing hair nets, texted the number she gave me (she said text was ok in her VM) and told her I never received anything but never heard back or even got a call back.
Food was decent, but very dry.
