My ENTIRE online order was stolen last night (completely paid for), and I tried calling today to see if they could remake it since it was already paid for as said before, but NO ANSWER when you call, its seriously ridiculous!This is ONE of my FAVORITE fast food restaurants, & NOT being able to have them answer the phone is very disappointing & Frustrating!!Parking: Lots of Parking & Very easy to get to!

I went and bought our regular meals, 2 number 6s and one 3 piece chicken strips. I went back and asked for a manager she was a young girl, I call her a girl because when confronted the Manager called me a liar by saying she put two burgers in the bag and I would tell she didn't. Repeatedly I would tell her she didn't. She looks at the recipe and stated she only put one in the bag. No apologie from her. Then I showed her pictures of my wife Burger which you could tell someone in the back smashed it with the palm of their hand, NOT even I'm Sorry. Very poor people skills. I can only hope the owner reads this and he/she is more of adult than the help he/she hires. Time; 12:30pm date; 2/19/24. P.S. we go there once a week every week.

Thought it would be nice to switch things up and get jack in the box for the first time in awhile. Unfortunately, I left extremely disappointed. My $8 burger was thinner than a $3 bacon mcdouble, and they put a frozen solid block of boba in my drink, so I couldn't put my straw in. After tonight, I won't be getting jack in the box again.

Very appreciative of the team here. I placed a mobile order here yesterday by accident. I was at a different location but this is my home store I guess. There’s no real way to cancel the order in the app so I felt like I was stuck. I came by this morning (the next day) and told them about what happened, showed them my app and they remade it for me!
