Worst experience ever at any JITB. Guy working the window yelled at us because he forgot part of our order in the drive through. Ignored us for a couple minutes while we were trying to get his attention. We waived, honked and finally knocked on the shelf. Then he slammed open the window and yelled what!!!! Food was good though. This restaurant has been struggling to stay open so I am sure that had something to do with it. But he was aggressive. Not ok. Glad it did not get worse and me and my husband stayed cool. Because it was a struggle not to go back at him the same aggression.

Well both the hours on the app and on Google are inaccurate, either that or those location has staff playing hooky. Drove up about an hour after posted open hours and they're still closed later same night made an online order was charged for that order pull up and they're closed.... Keep it up and you'll keep losing customers.

It's a jack in the box. The staff were pretty chipper and the food was food.The basic witch shake is really good too.
I went there on a Wednesday evening around 6pm and they were closed. There were no cars in the parking lot. went thru the drive-up and everything was dark. Better call before you go there

The customer service is great but their burgers are the worst. They look like yesterday’s Pattie’s and the cheese looks like wax. The one in Salem off Mission is way better.

Do not go here! Worst food and worst employees of any jack in the box I have ever been to. The workers were rude to me, and i ended up just leaving because the service was so awful. Won't be returning to this jack in the box location.
I went there for lunch today and boy did the food suck! The fries literally could not have been colder. The burger was also cold, soggy and in a jumble inside it's soggy wrapper. I asked for some mayo packets and they couldn't find them and said they don't have them anymore. Many times I have had issues with this location, but never again. Sorry jack, you have lost my business forever. Kiss my crack jack, I'll choose McDonald's next time. Btw my one star review is overly generous.

Says open till midnight just went through the drive thru at 9:50pm all the employees standing around inside. If you are closed why does your drive thru sign say on and your hours online say you're open. Employees turning off signs so they don't have to work, ridiculous.
