I come here all the time. But Last night I came in through the drive through to order food with 2 cars ahead of me. They got my order read it back to me twice and told me my total was 32.44. I got to the window and paid and then 15 minutes later they gave me a bag. It wasn’t my order and I told them that. They insisted it was my order. Then they went over the order and realized they had given it to the person in front of me. They told me they were busy with mobile orders and to circle back around the drive through. I understood and circled back. By the time I got to the window they told me they were out of food and closed and couldn’t make my order or give me a refund and to come in the morning. Still, I understood. So I came in the morning and they told me they would not give me a refund because the order was too expensive even though I did not get the food. So now I’m out 32 bucks and never coming here again. So rude.

I ordered a burger. The bun was cold. The cheese was not melted. The patty was not cooked all the way my stomach hurts now. Jack-in-the-Box used to be my favorite place. I’m not the type of person to be riding reviews but that place is going down really bad. Their food was garbage.

I came late at night so this may be why staff were less than ecstatic to help. Food was good and it was fast service, but when I thanked them, I got crickets... so I thanked them again and they shut the window in my face. We all have bad days. If I go again and get the same vibe, I may never go back. But I'll always do second chances. Hopefully she was just having a bad day. Been there done that. We're human.

Employees taking orders should be trained to talk customers in saying Thank You , please Pull Forward, not saying go to the window. They do have poor customer service at that location.

I went there with my fiancee and her parents just as a stop on the way back home and the staff were absolutely lovely and kind. They definitely definitely deserve to get paid more than they do. As well as the cooks, the food was excellent.
