Overall pretty good but... Unfortunately you have to watch the employees closely as they often times don't put the requested and paid for boosts in. They will skip/miss the scoop station and then tell you they did put the scoops in, when you just watched them skip right over it. I think the system needs better checks and balances. Relying on half asleep employees to pay attention is hit or miss at best.Just today, a pierced faced employee should have put in 9 scoops between 2 drinks. 4 each of double energy and 1 with zinc. She put in 2 total scoops, 1 in each drink and then proceeded to say she put in all nine scoops, even though I watched her only put in 2. Then she rebutted and said she used larger scoops so she wouldn't need to scoop as much.... How 2 large scoops equates to 9 scoops of 2 different boost is some sub-par mathical magic, I guess.So much for accurate measured amounts of what was paid for..

The only thing that's irritating is how loud the music is played. I had the worker ask me 3 times "what did you say" if the music would've been turned down then the customer could've felt important. I did not. I just paid over $25 for drinks and the worker could not hear me ask for a small cup, lid and straw. I won't go in if the music is too loud. It shows disrespect for the customer.

If I could give them a one star I would. Ordered over $200 and they brought about half of my orders and the manager was speaking Spanish and also would not want to pick up the phone. I went into this location a few days ago and the service was the worst I've ever received. I ordered two drinks, I received one and then waited 20 minutes to receive the second one because the four girls working there were just standing around talking about their schedules and their friends and forgot I had another drink. then when I received my second drink it wasn't at all what I asked for. Worst service I've ever had.

Jamba is always slow in itself, but the service is always polite and nice. I asked a couple of questions and got great answers. I did find put add whey protein increase the volume on your drink.

This Jamba used to be really good but the last 2 times I’ve been my smoothie have been really chunky with unblended pieces which has been really off putting. They also taste semi watered down.
They closed more then a hour before they are supposed to mine as well say your closed the time you turn the open sign off

Jamba encourages the customers to use their app but they do NOT you if you pay on the app Jamba charges you a fee for using the app. I was so surprised and not happy with the fee. Sunday I had ordered Tropical Dragon Twist & the drink was very gritty. I was very dispointed to pay for a med drink that was not the quality that Jamba is known for. The Pomegranate Paradis was right on point. The staff was wonderful when I visited the store Sunday.

Normally I really enjoy what I get. Got a peanut butter and banana smoothie. It was pretty bland, not a lot of peanut butter or banana flavor to speak of. Also got a dragon fruit bowl. It was less volume than I expected. After mixing up all the ingredients, the bowl was about half full. I think the base melted. Not worth the money.The staff here were friendly and pleasant.

This was my first time really ordering a drink and pretzel from Jamba, Just as I walked in they had a order for 19 large juices 3 out of the 5 employees just started that day! They did really good for such an order and little experience! I think I got the wrong drink at the end but it was still delicious! Hard working team
