I have been coming here for years, their customer service is TOP NOTCH! However today I met one of their staff members Steven and he has the brightest smile which is so contagious. He is very personable and as a local small business owner I see the importance in this so I wanted to make sure the owner knows how special Steven is!

When the music is so loud you can't hear the person standing next to you order, it's too loud. The store was clean but I didn't buy anything. It was so loud I left and waited outside.

The person with the yellow and green hair (Jordan) spent the entire time I was waiting for my order having politically charged conversations, belittling to an entire population of our country. Such conversations in the work place are not only unprofessional, but can be seen as promoting violence against others. I won’t be returning to this locations again

Went to Jamba Juice today and it was SOO loud! Bad music blaring. It made it a bit stressful! Kinda crazy to have the music so loud inside and outside!

Disorganized! We were there yesterday and the cashier was taking forever on people in front of us! We were waiting 15 minutes just to order. Then you can't hear drinks announcer! Why don't you put labels on the cups?!!! Then our order was wrong. It was a complete waste of time.

It's a pretty organized operation here. They acknowledge you when you walk in and for the most part wait times don't exceed 5-10 minutes especially for delivery orders. Mostly high school kids working

I have been going here getting açaí bowls regularly. The consistency on how they are made is horrible. Today I paid for extra granola, got less granola than normal and hardly any cut up fruit. For almost $12 very disappointing. Thinking some training and listening is needed!
