Even when the place is empty takes forever to get a couple sandwiches made. Been here several times but don't go anymore. Sandwiches Ok but so slow it's painful.

The food is good, if they get your order right. We went there last week, to grab sandwiches for a quick celebration. I ordered a giant sandwich, with steak, provolone and mushrooms. I watched the young lady write down the order correctly, but the sandwich I received was definitely not the sandwich I ordered, so obviously the young man who prepared it didn't bother to read the order (it had no cheese, green peppers and chipotle sauce on it, ick). I called as soon as I saw the sandwich and have been waiting a week for a callback from the manager. I gave a second star because the place was very clean and well lit

Amazing sandwiches. These subs are so delicious! The Ham always tastes amazing and the lettuce is so good. I always get the #3 with Ham, Just lettuce and extra meat and it is good! However, the subs are a bit pricey. $17 for a foot long and $8 or so for a regular.Parking: There's a lot of parking especially since its next to the goodwill super store. However, the mobile order pick up only has 2 spots that can get tight.

My fiancée and i went to location for lunch managed to hit the peak of the lunch rush. The manager was doing a great job at keeping things running smoothly and was very helpful whole crew was friendly and food came out great as always

Garbage place. Used to be my favorite place to get sandwiches, but every time I have ordered (the last 5 times) they have got my order wrong!!! This time, they put an ingredient in my sandwich that I was allergic to and was not even on my order!!! They are lucky I only took one bite and took my meds as soon as I realized! The workers there need to get their heads on straight!!!! Stop making the orders wrong!!!!

The lady with the shaved head that pops out of the back shouting orders and commands at people working the front needs to be addressed. Whatever she was saying was causing obvious visible stress to the people working. Everyone else up front was greatEdit: thank you for acknowledging and addressing. Everyone is allowed to have a bad day

Store/Chain shut off Doordash ordering prior to the announced promotional window. My guess would be to avoid having to do more work than normal, based on the complaints from workers on the East coast who were sad they had to make so many sandwiches at a job that requires them to make sandwiches.
I love this restaurant, this one in particular has been extremely polite and has taken care of us. Every restaurant makes mistakes, but it's the way they handle it that makes us come back repeatedly, they handle it so well and make sure we are taken care of every time, on top of that the sandwiches are almost always amazing, and when they aren't, it definitely gets handled just as amazingly, 5 stars all the way around for the customer service, and the food!
