Be careful ordering from the website. After entering the address of delivery, I was assigned to this store. After waiting an hour with no delivery update, I called the store and was told they were busy but mine was the next one up. After this I waited another half hour to find out they had tried calling me to let me know they had cancelled the order because it wasn't in their delivery area. The person I spoke to on the phone offered nothing but excuses that it wasn't their fault and she would let headquarters know. Apparently calling and leaving a VM well after the food should have been delivered (1 hour after making the order) was a just response in this persons mind. They did nothing to make this right and now I am hangry. Now we know to not order from here. Plenty of great local sandwich shops to support. Boo on you Jimmy.

I used to come in here and my sandwich would be made "freaky fast" even when there's a short line. I went in today and the energy was very negative, the staff were not friendly or happy to be there. There was no line and it took about 10 minutes to make two sandwiches.

Just ordered my first Jimmy John sub. Turkey Tom. Wonderful soft bread, one can tell its fresh and ingredients were simple, not too overdressed with mayo. Yum. Good service too, took 5 minutes and staff accommodating.Parking: Parking wasn't too bad. Crowded but enough to park and run in.

The store is clean.... The music is so loud my husband started to have an anxiety attack. We asked if they could turn it down and the employees said they don't have control. We chose to eat outside in the car in 40 degree weather.Also the bread was so hard my kid could not eat it and it was not enjoyable for anyone else.

I ordered 1 sandwich. I have Been sitting in the lobby for 30 minutes and you still have not made it. Your job is really quite simple you take my order I give you my money you make my food you give me my food. And you wonder why you don't make $20 an hour.
