I went with my family to eat at this restaurant, but I had the disappointment of my life, terrible service since it took a long time to serve us because they served the Americans first even though they arrived after us, the food tasteless good, the space was very limited The hamburger for my daughter was only the one with the meat without anything else, no lettuce, no tomato, no mayonnaise at all, terrible experience and the prices were exaggerated in line with the service, based on my experience in this place I do not recommend it at all!

I came in and looked at a lot of American customers who suspected that the food was not serving and so it was in addition to terrible service ?

The portions were a good size for us. We ordered one enchilada each with rice and beans. The service was good. We enjoyed the atmosphere and will be back.

Need to fix their name on Google. Was given a gift card for La Hacienda Real which had this restaurants address on it as one of it's locations. The names even both have Hacienda in them. Plus when you look them up on Google it takes you to this location on Google. To people who aren't as familiar with the history of businesses for every commercial building in Salem, Oregon , this would suggest that they are the same chain. I mean if you a new business taking over a building from the previous business owners, you may want to not make your name so close or at least let your patrons know they are different places with a sign by your register or front door. Especially since you've been open for about a year. That way when someone comes in with a gift card for the previous business, which was purchased 2 months prior to patronage, they don't find out that you don't accept their gift card that has YOUR address on it and practically the same name while also both being Mexican Restaurants. I'm surprised that with La Hacienda Real selling gift cards with your address on them for a year that this is first time you've had this happen. The way I was told "It's not our problem" when obviously a customer feels like their being manipulated out of a gift card and is refusing to pay full payment out of pocket, definitely is your problem. The bill was $57.50and our gift card was for $50 value. I left $8.00 cash and the gift card. 50¢ is the tip for trying to rip me off and asking for me to hand over my ID for 24 hours until l can pay the remaining $50. This is a problem I hope you fix. I had to be so hard cause fair is fair. You did not take adequate steps in setting up your business online to let people know what business they are actually at. Please contact La Hacienda Real and tell them to stop selling gift cards with your address on it. Also if you give them the gift card I left back you'll probably get your $50 for the flavorless food that I never enjoyed one bite of and made me sick. All around worse experience I've ever had eating out. Ever! Ever Ever! Ever Ever Ever!Parking: Watch for bums. They bum rush yah when you get out your car. Or still in it with windows up. Not businesses fault.

Didn't make it past the nasty bathroom I didn't even use. If their bathroom is that bad there's no way I'm eating anything from their kitchen. We walked out before ordering. Gross!?

This was the worst experience I've ever had here. My wife ordered nachos and found a metal shard in it. The manager said that happens but shouldn't. He also said he knows where it came from. Then said oh I will take hers off the check. That's not enough. If she would of swolled it something bad could of happened.

My wife and I decided to try the Hacienda Mix, honestly with the chips and salsa it was plenty for two. It came with trout, shrimp, pork carnitas, and a skirt steak... and it was so good. The tortillas were homemade and delicious, we had some bloody marys and margaritas and they were also really good. The staff was also very nice and helpful.Wheelchair accessibility: There are no steps, it is completely flat with two double doors.
