Wow! Loved this location. Inside is possibly the best themed restaurant I have ever seen. Service was friendly and on top of things. Food amazing. The second La Hacienda Real location I've been to. Now my favorite. Excited to share this gem with family and friends who visit. The bar is now set that iI will use to judge future Mexican food in the Salem area!

The Chipotle chicken was amazing! My regular order. The salsa wasn't very spicy which is the only reason for my 4/5 stars on the food. My chips also weren't super fresh but everything else was really good. This one is way less busy than South Salem. Highly recommend it.

Sorry to put up a review without any feedback, and I know how unhelpful that can be. First off, I was invited there for lunch, and I was on the phone with the people I was meeting with there. So, as I walked in, I was greeted by a host, and she was a little short with me. Which I paid no mind to because I worked customer service and know its super stressful. I said I was invited to lunch and my party was right there is it all right if I walk over to them... I asked due to the feeling of not really feeling welcome when I came in the door. After asking the host decided to do something else at the counter so I asked again.... Still no response so I said on I see my party I am going to just walk back to them, and that is when I got a response, and it was not a very nice response. At that point I decided I will not be spoken to in that fashion, so I walked back to my party and said Hey I am not going to eat here why don't we pack up and head somewhere else and at that time the host was couniting to be rude to me and we just left and went somewhere else. I hate putting stuff like this up but as a business owner myself I hate to read these one but also, I am glad someone said something, so I know where I need to improve and what areas I need to correct so that people have a better experience. Thank you for taking the time to read this and I hope the next time if I do head back that way, I can't experience your food. The 3 star was from one of the members of my party, and I thought the atmosphere was really chill. The service on the other hand I get there is a % of forgiveness for people that work with the masses but there is a % that is not acceptable.

I am sorry folks but 25 bucks for dinner is ridículo! Nachos? Yes, Nachos. Look if you have money to burn go for it but I can't afford to spend it. The nachos were dry and I am not convinced the chorizo was real. My waitress was a dear but the food.....no gracias.

I ordered Ensalata Jalisco for the first time. I was disappointed with the size of the grilled chicken and it was so thin and small. It was misperception of the picture on their menu. I could order something else for the high price I paid just on salad itself.. ?

My family and friends really like this place! The food is tasty, with friendly service and reasonable prices. They do serve alcohol so you can have a beer, wine, or Margherita. And the decor is great - visitors are always pleased!

I hate to do this, but the service and food quality has gone down the toilet. It’s so overly expensive and the portions have shrunk. My rice and enchiladas were burnt today. Barely any sauce and bland. Water glasses sat empty the entire time we were there. I felt like the size of my enchiladas were children’s size. I’ll drive over the bridge for something cheaper and better tasting.
