It feels like every time I've gone to ANY Little Caesars, the quality just keeps dropping, and the prices keep going up. I believe that will be the last time I get anything from any of their stores.

Little Caesars has stepped their game up. The pizza is good, and this store in particular is clean and sleek, not like the old school stores from 20 years ago. I especially like the cool machine they have. When you order online they put your pizza in the machine, you get a code, and when you put that code into the machine, it opens up and you take your pizza. Slick and time-saving.Parking: There’s street parking and a parking lot. Easy to find.Wheelchair accessibility: There’s a ramp.

I specifically ordered a pizza with pepperoni only. When I got it home, it had 4 diff kinds of meat on it. When I called to let them know I got the wrong pizza, he told me there was nothing they could do. I explained I ordered pepperoni only. I was told there was nothing they could do. I asked if I bring it back can I have the pizza I ordered- I was told no, the only way they could make me a new one was if it was inedible. I explained I cannot eat it, I ordered pepperoni only. He would not make the pizza I ordered and said there as nothing he could do. Horrible service! I paid for a pizza I didn't order and I couldn't even eat.

09/22/23 Ordered Detroit style online and went in to pick it up. The poor guys working there were slammed and very short handed. There were only two of them on a Friday evening. They worked their butts off to take care of customers. Employees called in sick and they dealt with it very professionally. Kudos to the two young men for handling it so professionally. I'll bring in a tip just for the two working. Don't give up! Be proud of yourselves.

Tried calling in my order several times but no one answered the phone. Went in person and found the restaurant to be dirty. Had to ask the worker to please wash hand’s because after handling cash and cash register started making my pizza with bare hands, no gloves. Did wash them and started me a new pizza. During this time was unable to open the cash register to give me my $12 in change. The employee tried calling the manager but manager didn’t answer. I told the employee if it would be easier to give me my $20 back and I would pay by debit but they said the transaction had already gone through so it showed the pizza was already paid for. Since I had been waiting for quite a while and I had groceries in my car and it was 85° outside, I just said I would cancel the order and just take my money back. The employee was very nice. He said my pizza was ready and for my inconvenience just to go ahead and take the pizza and he would give me my $20 back since he couldn’t get into the register to give me my $12 change back. Which he did. I am not blaming the employee. I think the fault here is with management not making sure their employees are well trained and not checking to make sure the restaurant is clean and that the handwashing is policy is being followed or gloves being worn while handling food. I don’t know what the problem with the cash register was that it would not open for the employee which was working by themself, but I feel the manager should be available at all times for employees emergencies. This was actually my first time going into this location and it will be my last unfortunately. Again, the employee was very nice and made things right with me but just not a pleasant experience.

Pizza was old, not hot and fresh. Having worked for Pizza Hut for several years, it's easy to know that pizza was over 4 hours old when it was sold to me.
