I ordered a thin crust EMB pepperoni 14 inch it was delivered by doordash it was a solid Rock Way overcooked it was freezing cold it was thrown around and it look like it's been sitting for days if I had my car I would have went straight there and returned it and got a new one but luckily my car is being used right now I called 100 Lancaster SeSalem, OR 97305 15 times nobody answered tomorrow I am going to go down and complain I do have a photo of the pizza and I am making this complaint and I do got my call log showing I have called I am going to get a new pizza on them period.. I am very upset......

Wife ordered a pizza for us and the kiddo, we got through a slice or two before we noticed one of them had mold in the cheese and we were very disgusted. We go to this location regularly and understand when the wait time is extended slightly. But soiled food with a toddler to feed is slightly infuriating. I had the cashier refund my order and I pray my child or me don't get sick as I need to run a gas station.

Today before I even got in the door a family walked out because they weren’t taking anymore orders. It’s not even 6:30pm but they close at 10? Not a holiday. Last time I was here about a month ago the cashier Julyssa walked out from behind the counter and threatened to punch a kid who was sitting on the floor waiting with a small group of friends, looked to be about 15 and didn’t even do anything. The group just got up and left without their food. Weirdest thing I ever seen, what is wrong with parents raising their kids to be so ignorant, ill mannered, and ghetto? And why would any business allow either of these things? The cashier looked to be about 19, if that was my kid I would be so ashamed. Today was the last attempt eating here, and apparently they didn’t want to work. Always something wrong with this location!

First time ordering here, it was the worst customer experience i have ever experienced. First they got my order wrong. I waited. Then they wanted to give me a crazy bread that was left OPEN on the counter, i said i wanted a new one, cuz it was cold, with attitude she said it would he 3 mins i said ok. Then after 5mins passed she said it would he 5more mins. It was more like 10 more mins. When i finally got it and came home the pizza was alll soggy and the bread was RAW!!!! First and last time i go here.

Very frustrated with this Little Caesar’s location, as the customer service is always poor. My hubby stood in the lobby for 10+ minutes while he watched multiple employees talk in the back and ignore 5 different customers in the lobby. The pizza was all warped and cold, as it was shoved into a too small sized box.
Pizza was sitting on the counter not even in a hot box to stay warm. The poor girl up front was swamped with people but the girls in the back were too busy having fun instead of getting orders out.I watched them pick up this pizza that had been sitting on the counter together for 7 minutes and then hand it to me with bread from the hot case. The boxes were cold and I knew the pizza inside was cold. I didn’t want to cause a scene in the store because there was no manager to be found.

This is consistently and repeatedly the worst experience I've had with Little Caesars. Half the time specialty crust pizzas don't have the specialty crust, delivery orders have missing items (anything that's not put into the pizza portal is left by delivery drivers, so brownies, 2 liters, etc. Get left and not refunded) One of the most recent visits I stopped in after work at 6 pm to get something "hot and ready" and was told there literally was nothing available in the store and a 20+ minute wait. Pizzas are frequently stale or overcooked. I keep hoping the location will improve as it's the closest to me, and I generally like the company and want to continue to support them, but this location is simply awful.
