Food was good, but service was not. I asked for a box to go and person up front said "if you can reach them they are up there" & pointed at them. It wasn't even high up but I am a short gal she didn't have to mentioned if i can reach them. Just cuz I am short.

I asked for a salad and they charged me extra for the spicy but they didn't add it. very bad service they don't even check what you ordered. If I had wanted a simple grilled chicken salad I would have ordered it at a Mexican restaurant. ?

First time eating at this location and was not dissapointed. Staff was friendly, food was out within 5 min, and my favorite part was that they have the sauces in large bottles so you can have however much to your liking. The spicy chicken love salad was bomb so much so I ordered a to go order so I could have it the next day.
I ordered the chicken soba noodles to go on lunch came back to my office and went to eat my lunch. The noodles had no sauce, no taste, and the veggies tasted very tart. I tried to call the store, but they don't answer they have a machine that tells you to order online. I normally really enjoy love love but after this experience I won't be coming back. I paid over $11 for my lunch and now can't eat it. I am very disappointed that someone took a short cut!!

The food is absolutely delicious, I totally recommend the Chicken or Beef noodles. The service is pretty great, The lady was nice and we got our food pretty quick. The place is pretty calm, no crying babies, and they have good air conditioning.

It used to be good service here, not so much anymore, they mess up or. Mistake happens and they do not offer to correct it, or even talk to you. They have staff who clearly don't wanna help you, this is one of my favorite restaurants. But this one sadly is getting worse and worse service.
