I come through at night often, as of lately EVERY time I come through it’s cash only. I came through today and made a mobile order today, which worked and tookmoney out of my bank, but when I pulled up to the window it took them 10 minutes to tell me I have to wait until the systems reset which was another 20 minutes.

Went to this establishment at around 1356. There were two cars in line and it took 13 minutes before I got my food. The frys were cold and soggy, and my sandwich was the same. I guess going after the lunch rush was a bad idea.

I asked for a large meal and I got a large drink and a happy meal size fry and I asked for no mustard on my cheeseburger and the put mustard and I’m allergic to it. If I could I would give it a 0 star but since I can’t I give it a 1/10

I ordered a Big Mac , thought I was getting there old fashioned big Mac, and they put on a thick top, but that was terrible. Why are they changing a good old-fashioned burger into what they think is so great. Go back to the better burger bun.

5090 Commercial St SE, Salem, OR 97306 we came with our kids to eat at this store on January 15 at 6 pm.Ordered food for kids waited more than 30 min for it,a cashier came to us brought us food to go and told us to leave because do to the weather conditions they wanted to close early.kids were waiting for 30 min,and now she is telling us to leave.All crew members were Mexican speaking including manager.There were a Mexican family in the lobby as well and the manager let that family stay.So I told them that we won’t leave until kids won’t finish their dinner.,but the manager told us that she will turn the lights off.The worst service at whole Salem!Everything was bad wait time(it was their fault that they were preparing food for half an hour).They spoke to us very bad.,they didn’t care that there were hungry kids that patiently waited for food for a long time!
The staff here constantly gets my order wrong. On another visit, they made my hamburger incorrectly 3 times and Ihad to keep sending it back to be fixed. With my last order my filet o fish sandwhich was made with 3 peices of fish patties put together to fill thebun. The total amount of fish was smaller than a complete patty. My sons double hamburger only had one patty on it. I often see employees walking in and out of the kitchen on their phones and some of them don't even seem to be on tge clock. I'm worried to see what's going on in the kitchen where they are making the food. I don't think I'll be going back to this location again.

So we ordered breakfest, just left from there.We ordered sausage biscuits with bacon added.1st the lady claimed she didn't hear us even thought she repeated it back to is twice.2nd the dude at the window was all pissy about takeing a extra 30 seconds to put bacon on it like originally ordered.3rd both where rude the rest if the time at the window.The lady I'm postive is a manager or lead there and should be ashamed being rude. I could understand if we where rude or ordered a mass amount of food but we did neather nor did we deserve the way they treated us both should be fired. Or at least the lady demoted.

I ordered a nugget meal at store 18978 on Commercial St SE in Salem Oregon yesterday and got something in place of my nuggets that I couldn’t even identify. When I called the store, and spoke with Nicole, I was told I would need to come back to get new food, which wasn’t possible as I was already on the freeway heading out of town. When I contacted corporate through the complaint webpage I was referred to the local office and heard from the area supervisor Ranelle, who at first was nice, however after sending pictures of what I received, she became short with minimal response. Seriously…no wonder the service is so poor. Won’t be returning to any location in that area!
