The actual food at this location is good but the service was terrible. We were seated and then ignored, a waitress kept passing our table without acknowledging us. I’ve worked as a waitress for many years and acknowledgement and communication go a long way. I get it, it gets busy. But a “I’ll be right there” goes a long way. Since we had been waiting there for so long without anything, we got up and left. We walked to the restaurant across the street and was pleasantly surprised with the service there.

1010 Best Sushi I’ve ever been to. Definitely high-quality ingredients. The taste is outstanding. It just doesn’t get any better than this. The place is beautiful and every waitress here is so kind and always a smile. I’ve been a customer here for years, and I simply won’t go anywhere else. Please try the Michigan role!

Reliable chain. Large menu with well made sushi and other Japanese options, large portions. They have some less common fish such as escolar.

Mine and my wife's favorite recurring date night, much prefer the night visits and I wish I knew her name but there is a taller blonde lady who is very "of course dear" sort of customer service professional that we just love! Always recommend but can be pretty busy!

The place is okay. Udon is fine but compared to the ones in more notable chains like marugame or tsuru ton tan, it is underwhelming. I didn't get the specialty ones, but the sushi didn’t seem to be noticeably superior to the ones you get in safeway or costco. I like the atmosphere and the service is fine. I suppose this place is aight for a small town like Salem, probably 3 stars in a more international city.

I love the food here. It's fresh and tasty! There was great communication between us and the staff during the meal in between ordering courses.Vegetarian options: I saw several options for vegetarian meals on the menu. Most everything on the menu is clearly marked for the ingredients.

As always, it was delicious, I've never had a bad meal from here.

The service here is great, nice, comfortable atmosphere, but the sushi rolls were just ok, similar to sushi you'd get at a Chinese buffet. The gypza didn't have much flavor, cucumber salad was very plain. The squid salad was good, as was the miso. The food wasn't bad, just meh.Price was good.Service was great.
