I’d give 6 stars if I could. Very delicious home made style burgers. Service is incredible, guys are super nice and they hustle hard!They don’t even charge for dipping sauce unlike other burger joints.

Nancy’s on commercial has done a big turnaround especially with the young woman that I spoke with so sweet. I had a missing root beer float and she more than compensated for it and I’m so grateful. Great job guys☺️

I did not want to revoke my last review but i guess i now have to for the second time this has happened. I choose to eat at nancy’s (march 3) and get there at 7:40pm and order at 7:46pm, i get my food and go home. Only to later find out that my burger is pink… once again. Nancy closes at 8:00pm so i can’t go back and ask for a new burger, as they already closed. Now I wait the next day and call at 6:00pm (mind you it hasn’t been 24hrs yet). I call and tell them my situation, the lady on the phone doesn’t seem interested in helping me and asks “What do you want us to do?” which led me speechless. Though i replied and asked if it would be possible for me to get a new burger? she says i can’t because of the 24hr policy (hasn’t been 24hrs). Now i’m stuck waiting on whether nancy is going to give me a call or not.

I love the burgers at this place. Veggies taste fresh, the meat is nicely seasoned, the bun is sturdy, and it's a decent size for the price. I especially like that they have cheddar cheese available.I do wish that the burgers came with some kind of wrapper like other burger places, so that they're easier to hold without making a mess of your hands and a bunch of ingredients falling out the bottom when you take a bite. And it can sometimes take a long time for them to prepare your order, even if there are no other orders in front of yours. But overall, it's a super tasty burger at a reasonable price.

I recently dined at Nancy Jo’s and had an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was outstanding. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely passionate about ensuring a memorable dining experience. In addition to the exceptional customer service, I must highlight the assistance provided by the young man at the front was outstanding.The food was amazing I highly recommend this place and I am definitely coming back. 10/10 experience!

Food & Service at the Commercial St location is excellent! Staff are friendly and the manager is always on hand and keen to make sure your dining experience is a good one. One of the few places left where you can order your pattie cooked to your preference and where customer service still seems to be a thing! Keep up the good work ??

Usually we love Nancy Jo's. Ordered to go. When we got home we noticed our order was completely wrong. Immediately called. I was told that they did not have a manage there on Sunday and so they could not help me with anything and to call back on Monday. I called Monday told them what happened. I was told if I don't call the same day they cannot help them. Again, I explained I did call the same day and they told me they could not help me call tomorrow, Monday. Manager said, "Well it's not the same day so I cannot help you" and hung up.Time passes and we decide we will give Nancy Jo's a try again. When we are ordering we ask a question about our rewards points. The cashier does not know so she goes and gets someone else. He tells us if points don't show just wait longer. I try to ask how long points take to show up and how long they stay on. He does not even let me finish my question and says I said to wait longer and walks off. We ended up leaving.Twice now I have had the worst customer service. I don't care how good the burgers and fries our I will not give my business to a place that treats it's customers so badly. Horrible Horrible Horrible!!!A month later I get a response to the above post that says "Already repsonded". I haven't heard anything. I guess the owner wants to ignore the bad behavior and bad reviews!!!!!
