The people that work there are very friendly and nice. The amount of food did you get for the price is very reasonable. I would have given five stars except for the fact that the food was given to me cold. Which I don't understand considering they make it fresh how it could have been handed to me cold not even warm. Cold Burger and fries is not appealing

Ordered on-line for pick up, where you can create the size burger with toppings you want, the size fries, toppings, extras, sides. etc. My first time January 2024 eating Nancy Jo's Burger & Fries and at W Salem location, and it was truly a best meal!!! Tasty, juicy, tender, perfect home fries (my favorite all my life) ??. Fast service, hot food, great bun, descrumptil-e-icious burger & fries mea??l. One of my new favorite places????⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.Thank you Nancy Jo's for a home made and home cooked burger and fries. LOVE ❣️❣️❣️

DANGEROUSLY DELICIOUS!!! I ate here 9 days in a row because I fell into addiction with their burgers. The fries just tasted like deep fried potato wedges, but the burger was so delicious I could stop eating them! I spent so much of my money there and I don't regret it.
