The wait to be seated did not take long, the waitress was attentive, the service was prompt, I received a birthday dessert, and we took home another meal for $6.00 for another night, which was very good.
We waited almost an hour & when we got seated it just felt rushed. It was so loud inside. We enjoyed the food but it was a very long wait.

I was disgusted we got there at 10:36 at night walked up to the door and it was locked. I felt like they locked the door when they saw us coming up even though according to the website they were open till 11.

My daughter brought me here on my birthday. It was delicious, and our server was amazing.
Our waiter took till closing to get our food out she also kept going to go chat with some customers and coworkers for about 5 minutes and still nothing for us she had to ask another waiter to get our food and we were able to take 2 bites then pack up and leave worst night

The food was good, service was good, but $6 for a side of marinara is WAY too much. There are too many good Italian choices in Salem to waste your money on that.
We got $160 worth of food, and the breadsticks were very dry. The pasta noodles were also very dry. This has always been a problem with take out.

Our server was fantastic... very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. It has been a while since I visited, but it did not disappoint. Brought family and made for an enjoyable evening. Didn't even feel any pressure when we were catching up, that we order more drinks.
