I come often especailly in the winter months as I love the Autumn Squash soup. I stopped today and waited til I got back to work and was a little disappointed as the soup is normally thick and today it appearred to be watered down and very thin in consistency, and didn't quite taste the same as usual.I will still go back but just wanted to share my experience today as typiacally I have no issues at Panera.

I have been to this location multiple times and I always get the same thing. Bacon Breakfast Bagel with an over easy egg. Always. Today I go in and the guy says he can't do that. I said you guys always do. He proceeds to check me out. I'm thinking ok, so they will do it. He gives me my sandwich with the egg how he wanted to do it. Pretty upset about that. I've only had good experiences here in the past.So I guess, watch out so they don't give you what they feel like instead of what you ordered. Terrible.

Good spot to grab a bite. Usually pretty quick. Can be busy at times. Food was fresh and hot. Really love the broccoli cheddar soup. It's delicious.

They currently have TWO MONTHS FREE sip club!New members of Unlimited Sip Club can enjoy coffees, teas & more fountain drinks for free. Drive through is easy to access and exit unlike a lot of competitors close by that is a total cluster to turn around in.The food: I recommend the Spinach and Artichoke souffle available before 10:30 am only, the Pecan Braid and Chocolate chip muffins are also so yummy. They reheat really well too!The team:Brit and Rachel were hard working, competent, super friendly and welcoming. The company:I love that they partner with over 3,300 charities nationwide, including food pantries, veteran services and youth shelters, to provide bread and bakery items to those in need and to reduce food waste.I will be back! Thank you. I had the Baja bowl, which was tasty, but the portion was extremely small. The small carbon footprint is most likely due to small portions. The restaurant setup was very unusual with several different areas. The one room with the fireplace tremendously helped the atmosphere. The parking lot should be better lit for night-time safety.Parking: Parking lot was not well lit.

Hey, this is a great little place to get lunch. Definitely a priced meal, but not as bad as most places.Absolutely delicious onion soup and broccoli and cheddar soup. Decent little flatbread, Margherita pizza as and Caesar salad. Nothing to complain about here. This place was great and the staff is friendly.Nice little fireplace on the inside.

Food hasn’t consistently been great. Incompetence every time I go through the drive through to order. Nearly every time the order comes out wrong. I speak loud and clear out my car window so they can hear, still makes no difference. I’ve had enough. Not to mention the fact that the wait times are ridiculous and they are always out of ingredients.

Why are you guys taking so long? I'm now late getting back from lunch on my first day at work because I got stuck in your drive-through for 50 minutes+.

Katie sweet

We were the first ones at the drive thru and we didn't get our food for 30 mins while a huge line piles behind us. Don't go through drive thru.

We usually go to this location because of the atmosphere. The cozy fireplace is always welcoming. The autumn soup is so good! I took home my sandwich as leftovers and it continued to stay fresh and delicious!
