Twice now this location has had issues. I work near downtown and don't have long for lunch so I usually pick something up to bring back to the office. A little over a month ago I placed an order online for pick up at 12:30. When I arrived, not only was it not ready the poor guy working that day was so backed up and overwhelmed it took him an hour to finally get to my order. He was the only one working and kept trying to call someone to come in and help him because he was dealing with the lunch rush and a catering order.Today I placed an online order once again to pick up at 12:40. The order went through, bought and paid for and when I arrived at the restaurant no one was there, locked up, lights were off, completely empty. I double checked the hours and it's supposed to be open until 7. I can't even get a refund until someone is there to pick up the phone.

Very disappointing. I got a chicken pesto on gluten free wrap. The wrap was dry, crumbly, and old. I paid for double meat and didn’t even get enough meat to fill the wrap. They had it on the grill for less than a minute and the meat was cold in the middle.

Derrick was very professional and clearly cares a lot about this place. Whatever he’s making he deserves double. The food was amazing, as always. Will be back

absolutely love this place. it's rare to find a pita or falafel place that lets you customize more than a subway and these guys are great and really friendly. they really deserve more attention, consider swinging by!

Ordered 8 items for a work meeting. After returning to the office I found that none of the gyros were marked, leaving everyone unsure of who's item was who's. In addition 7 out of the 8 orders were wrong. I was not able to go back and correct as we obviously had a meeting starting. Contacted them the same day and almost two weeks later there has been no response. Unfortunate that they are risking their business on poor service, we have opted not to use this location again. And while we are just one office, with this kind of service more are sure to follow.

Just after noon on a Saturday no one else in the store when we went to pick our veggies all of the bins were a mess pieces mixed in everywhere. 3 pieces of pineapple in the bin with dark white juice in the bin. We each took one bite and thought something was off. We didn’t take another bite and left.

We love Pita Pit and we’re driving to the coast from Bend, OR. We showed up to Pita Pit and were immediately informed by a single employee that he was quitting and closing the store because he was tired of being yelled at. So sad.

Don't order from them for delivery. Always out of something. Bags, napkins, drinks, menu items, etc. They make substitutions without asking the customer and without thinking about possible allergies. They don't update the Doordash pads to remove items they don't carry so people just keep ordering them. Nonexistent management.
