The food is great. The issue I had was there were no signs to say order pickup or catering pick up. I was picking up food for my grandsons birthday, and I stood in line for a catering pickup. Also, a family was there, and they allowed their brats to walk on tables a run all over the building. The employees did nothing to stop it.

I'm a bit confused, it's 9:21pm. If the hours say open until 10pm, why is the OPEN sign turned off, 2 female workers are sitting at a table with large bags of food to go on it, and 1 male worker cleaning up around the counter..Hours say 'updated 3 weeks ago"..Bummer when we drove specifically out for QDOBA. Competition got our business instead since they actually stayed open 'during business hours'.

I come here quite often. Probably not anymore after this evening. First very dirty on the front line where they make burrito's and bowls. The young man who served us should not have been working the line. Not trained and kept dropping food onto the other orders and other selections of food and would not clean up. Burritos were over filled and he couldn't wrap them. We ended up dumping them into bowls anyway. Not a pleasant experience and for the $40 definitely not worth it. The owner of this business needs to be aware of what’s happening so he or she can correct. I did talk to who I thought was the lead about the state of the serving area but he just looked at me and said I know. So I guess I now know where not to go spend my money. There is a Chipotle just north of this place on Commercial st. I will go there from now on or until there is a change here.

I ordered 3 flour tortilla chicken tacos, yet my food was delivered with flimsy cold corn tortillas and beef. I know following directions is part of their job, yet being able to read a list of ingredients and making said ingredients into a dish is mind boggling for them. Do better and manage to be semi competent please and thank you.

During Halloween it was a little much, where the kids that love Qdoba didn't want to go in.Great food we order nachos chips on the side to be able to enjoy it there or to go. Crispy chips all the way through.Great to be able to choose your toppings and make it your own, the family goes with the chicken I normally do the steak.Parking: Hasn't been a time where we couldn't find parking.Kid-friendliness: Kids meal or as the kids get older the adult portions are good.
Got the "best looking and most fulfilling" to-go order yesterday. It was immaculate and meaty. I'll come by more often for sure.

Delicious food, The app typically works great and the food is generally ready when I get there. The carne asada burrito is my go to and is better than chipotle. I wish they would put more queso in the burritos though. I used to get the nachos, but they cut the serving size in half so it's not a very good deal anymore. The staff is ok, they could be friendlier, but what do you expect from millennials? The ambiance in the lobby is good! Hair nets would definitely be a nice addition for the workers

The food was hot and fresh and the staff were very patient with my first timer fiance. We plan to go back again.Vegetarian options: The menu can very easily be vegetarian friendly really.Dietary restrictions: Was very happy seeing basically no soy in the menu as someone who can't have that.
