Our server, Sarah, appeared to be quite fatigued during her shift, which was evident in her demeanor. Despite this, she provided exceptional service and made a positive impression on me. Her sense of humor was particularly noteworthy, and I intend to return to this establishment specifically to be served by her again.

This location is HORRIBLE. We stood at the door for 15 mins before anyone even looked at us. Then... nothing. Didn't try to seat us. Didn't tell us if there was a wait or anything. I will never return to this location and give them my money.

Absolutely filthy! Bathrooms had sewer leak and still open, carpet filthy and all the floors! 10 years ago was a nice clean restaurant and after 9 pm just look at the people who are allowed in, so uncomfortable and place is just

Horrible customer service. We came in and besides 2 tables that were already there eating , we were the only customers. The waitress Sara was rude from the start. Sat down and waited for almost 10 min before she did a quick walk by asking if we want a round of drinks. Then after we got food finally , not only did she never come check on us , my boyfriend had to track her down to get a refill on his drink. After waiting about 20 more min he had to track her down again because we wanted to order pie. He asked if he could get some help over at our table and she responded rudely back I’m working on delivery orders it’s not like I’m doing nothing.(again by this time we were only customers in restaurant besides some lady sitting at the counter that the rude waitress spent most of her time just talking to.) She finally came over and we decided we would rather pay our bill and leave at that point with the rudeness coming from Sara the waitress. We went up to pay and she basically acted like we were an inconvenience to her and wouldn’t even look at us and dropped the change back on the counter. Horrible customer service!! She should not work there. I have been a waitress myself and the way she was and the lack of taking care of her customers is going to lose this place business and profit!!! Thumbs down!!P.S. We ate around 11 at night after being at the state dance comp all day. Thoroughly disappointed in the way we got treated there.

First greeting friendly.Table wobbley coffee spilled; had hard time getting servers attention. It continued when , food was not hot, needed napkins, needed coffee.Had to call Shari's to get server about desserts wanted.Manager was apologetic and ended up serving meal and dessert.Also they were not busy.

Unfortunately this restaurant is in a bad spot nowadays. Homeless, etc etc---garbage from a fast food place was right up by front door--- parking lot littered. Inside needs some new booth seats and mens restroom needs work too.

This place reminds me of an old truck stop diner. You walk in, and they ignore you. It's happened several times. They don't smile or greet you and will pretend you don't exist until you leave. When I get it delivered, it's pretty thrown together.
