Lettuce was disgusting, entire sandwich including the bread was about 1 inch thick. Don't waste your time or money! I used to love Subway, but things have evidently changed. Very disappointed, won't be going back.

This is the 2nd time now that the bread for the sandwich is not what I asked for. I asked for Italian herb and got White bread. Would complain but it's the 2nd time. Hopefully they will eventually get it right. Went through drive through and didn't know until I got home.

Got a foot long ham sandwich with lettuce, tomato, mayo and mustard. There were only 4 slices of ham about a 1/4 cup of lettuce and I couldn't even tell there was mayo and mustard on the sandwich. I usually like subway but was VERY, VERY disappointed.

So bad, so bad. Workers have no integrity, got my sandwich through the drive through and the bread was split in multiple parts, ingredients piled on. I had to take the sandwich apart and put it on bread that was still in tack from home.

My son and I swung in to grab some lunch to take with us for a little fishing/picnic outing. When we entered, the employee walked towards us without saying a word. I broke the silence by asking how they were. During the transaction, 2 more employees came out to help us and there was barely any interaction whatsoever. ??? When we received our food, I said "thank you", and there was no response. The food was decent although the customer service was lacking.

This is the 3rd time for being treated so rude, that this time I decided to leave this review with proof.I ordered online 3 footlongs along with chips and cookies and 1 of the sandwiches was an Italian BMT and instead of putting the correct meats in it, they put meatballs instead and the rest of the ingredients were correct.My husband didn't even realize their mistake until after he took the first bite.I was in a time crunch, so I quickly called subway to let them know their mistake. I told her I had an appt with the Vet at 4:30 for my deceased kitten to be cremated and she laughed and said " well, life happens." I couldn't believe her response, I was appalled and insulted!! Then she continued to say " I can give you your free sandwich after you bring us your uneaten sandwich to prove to us that we made it wrong."I told her that it's not a free sandwich, I already paid for it online and I can't bring the sandwich in right away.She continued to make me feel like I'm trying to get a free sandwich, she didn't even apologize for their mistake.I'm not a thief! I don't go out of my way to scam restaurants!I will never come back to this restaurant, I can't and won't recommend this place to anyone else.

Spent $7.50 on a 6" sandwich and couldn't get a complimentary water cup. Had to talk to the "manager" who lectured me about how all the teenagers in town come in and use all their water cups and don't buy anything! I'm obviously not a teenager, in my 40's and JUST BOUGHT SOMETHING! She STILL proceeded to tell me to "be sure to actually get water"! I can afford a drink if I wanted one, thanks though! Ridiculous. Can't believe I was treated this way. Last time I will EVER come in here!
