Went to this location to pick up an order. I told them my name and Reina was the one who “helped” me. She was rude and told me to give her some time. Which isn’t a big deal except the manner in which she said it. She was full of attitude and acted like my mere answer to her question angers and inconvenienced her. The order was already said to be ready through the app so I’m not sure why she had so much attitude for me literally just giving her an answer to her question (my name) she shouldn’t be working with the customers if she can’t be professional. I will be contacting the general manager to make a complaint as well cause no one should have to deal with that type of service

Easily the worst subway in town. Waited in line for 10 minutes, then after the employee was done with the person in front of me, she gets an online order and says I have to wait. Online order has 8 sandwiches and I'm the only one in line. Was there before the online orders. I will never try here again. Of there was a way to do no stars, that would have been a more deserving option.

If your atmospheric taste cries out for 'MoAR' \\\"People of Walmart\\\" you'd only find better at the Center St. location... but you might have to fight a vagrant for a seat at that table... if they had them.

Was made to wait 20 minutes just to order with no one else in line.When I finally got to order the worker was super rude and short with me.Would not recommend.

It's a hit and miss with attitudes. But most of the time everyone is amazing! I'm sure I'll always love subway.

You would think making sandwiches would be simple but they found a way to mess it up at this subway. Has never taken less than 30 minutes because there's always only one person working there seemingly, even during busy times. Always out of things because they don't do prep work. There must be at least 20 other better places to go to that are nearby, I know I won't be wasting another minute here.

Went to this Subway on Saturday 11/12/22 at around 10am and ran into the rudest Subway worker. From start to finish she was rude, never smiled, didn't listen (had to tell her my order a few times) and was so monotone that it was like she didn't want to be there. So if that is so, why work for the public!!!! The only time she acknowledged me was when I was checking out and she said "thank you" but even that seemed forced as if she had no choice but to say it. When ever I shop at Walmart there and I want a sandwich, if she is working there I will just pass it up.

I ordered on line. They didn't put cheese nor tomato in my 3 sándwiches. Called to tell the about. The lady explained to me they didn't have tomato which I understand but I tell her about the cheese and she was super rude . Telling me she made the sándwiches and she didn't do a mistake and then hangers up on me

I went to order a sandwich and there was no one at the counter, I waited for a couple minutes and noticed a bell so I rang it once. A couple minutes later an older lady with short hair came out, grabbed the bell, and THREW it at the counter behind her knocking things over. And proceeded to yell "we have cameras, I could see you out here!" And I apologized and said "if people can't use the bell why is it there?" She just kept saying said " that's not for you, there are cameras" then she said "Now I can help you if you want". I told her I wouldn't be getting anything after that, and told her she shouldn't act that way to anyone.I then went and told a walmart team lead, who said that wasn't okay,, and that she would speak to the woman's manager.

Disgusting customer service and restaurant is always disgusting looking food on the floor never clean. Employees don’t wash hands. Had an absolutely miserable experience over an employee charging me 2.79 for a WATER CUP and argue with me over it these kids making minimum wage really think they doing something. Water is free’ I am not paying 2.79 for merchandise. Train your employees.

went to pick up my online order with my boyfriend and there was no one at the counter but we could see our sandwiches just sitting there in a bag. no warmer or anything. called and could hear the phone ringing in the back but no one picked up. finally 15 minutes later, some lady with red hair came out and asked how long my boyfriend was there and handed him the bag. his sandwich had more buffalo sauce than steak on it. asked her to remake mine because it was just sitting there and she said she had to go ask. she remade it but both of my sandwiches were wrong and had hardly any vegetables. don’t know what her and her coworkers were doing but unprofessional.
