just left and I am in shock. I received the best customer service that I’ve ever received. And I can’t believe I didn’t catch there name , the young man behind the counter created an atmosphere soo safe and welcoming, I was having a rough day and this encounter single-handedly made my week. Thank you thank you thank you. will most definitely return!

I rarely login to leave reviews but this place is a literal nightmare hell if you’re just trying to get a sandwich through the drive thru. This has happened to me at least 4 of the 7 times I’ve tried to go to this subway. Tonight I drove by and checked to see if there were customers inside, there weren’t. Got to the speaker to order and was told it will be just a minute. I checked my phone, 10:24. And by 10:30 with no response I pulled around to the front, still no customers in the store. This staff needs fired or to have their head checked because it’s purely being used for decoration.

Do not go to this location for curbside pickup if you're expecting a quick sub. We did curbside pickup through the app and waited 20 minutes after it said it was ready. I then had to go inside only to find out that they hadn't even started making the order.Suggestions: Do not let your hungry customers know their sub is done until it actually is.

Horrible customer serviceI waited at the drive thru for 15 minutes and didn't get a response from any employee. I pulled up to the window and was rudely told that I had to order from the speaker. Went back to the drive thru speaker and waited 5 more minutes before leaving.

Horrible service through the drive thru. Waited 10 minutes and no answer in the drive thru. Didn’t even get to place my order. This is at night. With a girl and a guy working at the same time, maybe something else was going on other than working, just saying, they weren’t on the make line making any sandwiches.

I had been using the app to place my orders. Over the last several months, most of my orders had been getting made wrong. I should have stopped after the 4th time, but my wife really likes the Cold Cuts. This last time was the final straw. I placed an order through the app. I get to the store & they didn't even make it & refused to make it. I asked them to cancel the order & give me a refund. They said they didn't even know how to as it was through the app. I sent a message to Subway via Twitter as there is no other way to get a hold of someone. They said I should have my refund in 5-7 business days. It's now been longer than that & still no refund. Will never go back here again. Horrible customer service at the store level up through to the franchisee owner.
