Friendly staff and clean tables and facility...the sandwich was delicious and well made. Was greeted when we came in, all the negative reviews almost made me decide to not go inside..glad I did...???

There was a young woman named Heather working today, she seemed to be more focused on doing other things while 3 people waited in line. Once we finally ordered, we got nothing but a bad attitude. She didn't smile once. There was no "welcome to subway what can I get started for you", just a stare as if waiting for us to just hurry up and order. She showed an angry face the entire time we stood there. It seemed like we were irritating her by ordering food. My hearing is a bit bad and didn't hear her ask what cheese I wanted and when I asked what she said, her reply was like she was talking to a 10 year old kid, speaking to me in spread apart slow words. No one like this should ever work in a place where you deal with customers. I was this close to just telling her to forget our order and order from taco bell at the next counter. I will never ever order from there if I see here behind the counter.

Subway is subway... nothing out of the ordinary there. But I have to give a huge shout-out to a phenomenal employee: Elisa. Let me take this moment to praise someone whose work ethic is something that has been lost in the past few years. This woman working alone during a dinner shift elegantly maintained the balance of being kind and cordial with customers while juggling to perform stocking and cashier duties. I really can't say enough about her ability to continue to expeditiously execute orders and keep that customer service balance. Often times people either are overly friendly and it disbalances ability to be productive...or they're too focused on being highly productive they lack kindness.I also wanted to say because of Elisa's professionalism I didn't mind the fact this location was missing items I was hoping to order. This makes her a valuable staff member because I came with my mind set on one thing, and instead of leaving I stayed because I was impressed by the type of employee that makes companies succeed.I hope my review helps elevate anyone who reads this point of view ontaking the time to praise the hard worker.Thank you Elisa

At 3:30pm I was at this location. The girl inside has absolutely no odea what she is doing.1st we are waiting a long time to even order. Ok i get it you are only 1 person but to stand around and do nothing while a sandwich is in the toaster is equivalent to watching paint dry.2nd there was 1 guy that ordered when he went to pay his buddy shows up. He said I want to 0ay for what ever hes gonna have. Then she takes his order. Seriously you habe people that just patiently waited for 15 minutes while you made 2 freaking sandwich and now you letting this guy who just walked in the door jump the line.3rd i did not see her wipe down her work station once between sandwiches. It didnt strike me until I left as I was already annoyed with the other guy getting his prder done before the people already there. This girl needs some serious retraining before she is left alone again.

Believe me when I say, I have experienced the Subway nightmare. On November 20, 2022, I’m in the last half of my 13-hour drive home when I stop for lunch at 4612 Portland Rd in Salem, Oregon. After maneuvering through a cramped parking lot, I enter the Subway to be told they are out of the veggie patty. No thanks, I don't want anything else. Two and a half miles later, I stop at 2535 Jorie Ln in Keizer, Oregon. What a traffic mess getting to this Subway! But I’m sure they’ll have the veggie patty. Nope. But this time I’m given more information: Subway is no longer carrying the veggie patty (which would've been nice to know the first time). Okay then, I’ll just order a cheese sub (I have to ask for more mustard). I’m on I-5 North again when I bite into my sandwich. Yuck! I can only stomach two bites because of the excess mustard (the girl went the other extreme when I asked for more). I want to take it back, but I’m already well on my way. But look, here’s another Subway 4 miles further at 4220 Brooklake Rd in Brooks, Oregon. I’ll just exchange my sandwich here for a new one. But no, the girl has to ask her manager if that’s okay. He comes out to say, “You’ll have to go back to the Subway you bought it from.” Are you kidding me? Who will pay for my wasted gas and time? Infuriated, I throw my sandwich in the trash on the way out the door, vowing to never eat at Subway again. I just wasted nearly an hour at three Subways and $7.29 on a sandwich I couldn't eat.On December 5, 2022, an office administrator responds to my complaint. She excuses the poor customer service at the third Subway by stating that each store is individually owned and operated. But what makes her email especially delightful is how she will compensate me for my loss: "If you will provide your mailing address, I would be happy to send you a voucher for a free sandwich GOOD AT THE ORIGINAL STORE THAT YOU PURCHASED THE SANDWICH AT" (emphasis added). That's 284 miles from where I live! No thanks for the voucher, but a big thanks for reinforcing my complaints.

Alright Subway… we need to have a chat. Ya see… I think this was the BEST subway experience I have had over my long lived 29 years of subway sandwiches. And believe it or not, it’s not because of the sandwich. Although.. this one is quite delicious. No, ya see, you have an employee who is proud of his job, who has a wonderful personality, and honestly, is just a wonderful sandwich artist.I met, Thomas, for the first time while driving through down to Medford and a fresh crisp sandwich sounded like it would hit the spot. Immediately, Thomas was ready to help and immediately you could tell that with his eyes, behind his mask, it was service with a smile. That’s something that… seems to be rare this days. I was prepared to order my usual, but he regretfully informed me that due to shortages, I would need to make a different selection. Understandable. “New Normal”. It was in thatMoment I decided to give him trust in my sandwich and let him choose my foot long fate. With a smile and a charming conversation, he created me this delicious sandwich and it’s something I never would have considered. But the best part of this, was him. Subway, you have an outstanding artist with an amazing personality, a great way of representing your company, and overall just.. wonderful man on your team. Please treasure him, appreciate him, and have him teach your other employees a thing or two when it comes to character, pride, and overall service. That man, deserves a raise and I will stand behind that. He spoke well of his job, what he does, and who he works for. Overall, just outstanding. It was a FRESH and CRISP experience that I look forward to having the next time I drive from Tacoma to So. Oregon.Thank you, Thomas.-The strangers in love who just met at the Pilot

I have never seen an employee so incredibly slow in my entire life. No desire to get customer's through no matter how many people are waiting. Nice lady but I certainly wouldn't come here again. Opening yelp and writing this review was faster than making one sandwich for this woman, and I mean this literally.

This was the most pleasant subway experience I've ever had. All the ingredients were fresh and the vegetables were crispy. Big shout out to Rachelle who made my sandwich perfectly. She was a very up beat person with a very caring personality. Quite the breath of fresh air in a world filled with so much hate. Thank you Rachelle. This is an experience I won't soon forgotten

Was going to rate 4 stars because they were not allowing app orders or taking subway gift cards. They were a little slow as it was busy but employee Thomas got me to rate them a5 star. Why? Because he followed all proper hands walking including proper time and proper techniques to avoid cross contamination. Might not sound like much but I often don’t eat out because of how many employees I see with improper sanitation and hand washing procedures. Good job Thomas!
