So much for the “New Management” making any difference at all, this place still seems to suck and not care about quality or customer service whatsoever! Had a very terrible footlong sandwich that I ordered for pick up and the bread was so underbaked that it tasted gummy in texture, the herb and cheese bread was so poorly put together that it was basically just herb. The bread was so severely underbaked that the entire sandwich was inedible. When I reached out via “subway listens” they didn’t even offer a refund or credit for having served this but instead just said sorry thanks for being a loyal customer. Well if that’s all y’all have to say then you have most certainly lost a loyal customer because I won’t be returning if y’all have no interest in making this right. 0/5

Tonight I took my family to Wallace rd subway and there were 2 workers that were very rude. The guy had friends in the store and we watched him comp their meal and when I went to pay after them, I had a coupon and didn't knotice it was expired-8/27/23 coupon and he refused to use it. Then took the coupon. I didn't have a problem with the fact that I paid full price at all. It was the fact he comped his friends entire meal sandwich, drinks, cookies and chips. My coupon was 5 days over, most places would have been nice and took it because all the coupons are the same code just different dates. The female behind the counter that took our order was short with her words. She made our sandwichs sloppy and messy. So when we went to eat our sandwiches they just fell apart.The workers were asking the young kids if they wanted the extra cookies and stuff before she tossed them. Then the male worker proceeded to talk with horrible language while me and my family were eating our meal in the establishment.Then at 9:32 they were both sanding at the counter and were talking about when they wefe going to close the store, then they proceeded to shut the lights down. We got up quickly and left.

Came in to Subway. I gave my order. My husband was right behind me. They ignored him and went to the next people that came in didn’t even start or my order, and completely ignored us so we left these people do not pay attention to people that come in the door in order will never ever come back again and I give them zero Stars happened at 6:48 PM on June 26 fire them or hire somebody that will actually take care of people

The subs are very good, however the service is not. The person making the sub put items on it that I requested, however that person failed to tell me that some of those items cost extra. So when I paid for the sub instead of $3.29 it was over $5.00. It's not that I can't afford the $5.00 the point is that I should have been told when something is extra.

Came and ordered a veggie sandwich 3/9 @ 8:45pm. The employee working was by himself ( long dark hair, younger ). He handled the line quickly, confidently, and made a delicious sandwich. He was very kind and the shop was very clean. I’ll be back for sure.Vegetarian options: I ordered a veggie sandwich. It was really fresh and the veggies were yummy

Horrible experience at this Subway they are very rude and racist. On March 10th I went in just to get disrespected when asked if I can be helped. Employee proceeded to help others while my sandwich was getting cold just sitting there. And when i asked why I was treated bad and she kept mutterying racist comments to herself....while the store was filled ...long line...everyone can see and hear.

The 2 women that work there the majority of the time are fantastic! They are always friendly regardless of the length of the line, showing authentic smiles and wonderful demeanor. It's my favorite place for lunch while on break from work.

I gave service 5 Star ⭐ because of the server, she was there alone when we arrived there were 5 customer in front of us in line. The attending artists was very attentive and efficient.

Placed an online order, when arriving there was only one worker up front and another just walking around in the back. The One working was busy with customers in the store and he also stated he had several online order's. He was doing his best, the other worker walked out the door at 7pm while the other worker was slammed (What kind of teamwork or even type of coworker leaves one when they are super busy!). Not sure why the guy DID NOT help the other worker who was trying his very best. This place seems understaffed, to me seems like on weekends the would have TWO workers working, especially during dinner time. Waited a long while before my order could be made, due to being UNDERSTAFFED!Kuddos to the young kid who did his best!

My crew normally would prefer Subway over anywhere else when we are stopping for lunch! Always clean, friendly staff, and the food is always made just how we ordered it!
