Great sandwiches, horrible customer service

Sandwiches are never toasted so meat is always cold. Otherwise friendly staff and good food. To go always on time. They need to figure out their toaster issue though.

Store said open but had to go through the drive through three times before staff standing around would ever acknowledge me. Then they said I had to come inside and the could order through the window while the headphones where down.

Went through the drive through at 9 to pick up an order I made online. The sign on the window says the drive through is open until 10, there was a woman standing on the other side of the window on her phone and would not acknowledge me after I sat there staring at her for a few minutes. Had to call the restaurant for them to tell me I had to come inside for them to hand me my order that was ready and just sitting there. On top of that the food was just not good. Toasted sandwich was cold and didn’t have many ingredients on it. Will never go back to this location, this is not the first time I’ve had issues with this location.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Management does not know how to resolve issues when dealing with the SUBWAY® app. Which is understandable, but they should know the information on who can help you with that subway app or any issues that you were having with instead of saying oh I don’t know you’re a manager you should know or at least a phone number. I’m very disappointed in this restaurant and it’s management and the way they handle their business with their customers.

This kid with the very long hair looks like he needs more training. And honestly a hair tie. He’s not that good at following directions and has an attitude but obviously he’s new but needs more training.

I believe the bread not as great as other subway shop,not sure why..foods good but compared to even 5 years ago think they put more on sandwiches..just me most likely..but guess I miss the old days..I like subway..but remember the breads really

I went to this location Saturday about 5:00Amarius said he’d be with me after he finished the order he was working on. Got me my sandwich after I kid him about sports “you have to love baseball.” Well no go but quick friendly service with a smile. The owner should be grateful he has this employee. Very clean store with friendly sub makers!!
