Literally walked in the door and the cashier saw me, she immediately dipped down to play on her phone and left me sitting there without any greeting while I watched another employee in the back taking selfies, I was the ONLY customer in there so it’s not like they were busy …..sad that this is the kind of customer service world we are living ???

Not sure what happened but the last three times I've ordered my sandwich was delivered far from the order. I had thought maybe it was a trainee or a bad day but today solidified me not ordering from here again. Ordered extra lettuce, tomato, extra red onion, green peppers, cucumbers, mayonnaise and light mustard. There was no lettuce or red onion at all on either sandwich, way too much mustard, and sauce ALL over half the sandwich and when I tried to call the restaurant no one answered. I will pay more to get a sandwich made right.

Roxie made me sit there and wait 17 minutes and served 8 different people who all walked into the store after me even after acknowledging me and telling me she'll start on my order right away

I’ve ordered on line on several occasions and they have consistently gotten my order wrong. I typically get Subway when my family needs a quick meal and don’t have time to go back to correct the order. I have just sucked it up and dealt with it but with tonight’s wrong order and a picky eating daughter who refuses to eat what they did make, I’ve had enough and decided to leave this negative review. I tried to call them to tell them I wanted a refund (don’t have time to get the right sandwich) but there was no answer. Lesson learned, always unwrap and check the order before leaving the restaurant.

Today I Ordered The Roast Beef Sub Through Door Dash. I Am Always Apprehensive Ordering Through A Third Party. My Sandwich Was Here In About (10) Minutes. That Was About 1/2 The Time I Thought That It Would Take. Subway, You Were Fast & You Got Everything Right. Wow Fast & Efficient. Kudos To You!

There was a sign that said the oven was broken - but they kept asking people if they wanted their sandwich toasted. Having their sandwich "toasted" was simply microwaving it! The workers also did not pay attention to detail, and were getting confused on very simple aspects of the customers orders. This has been my favorite south Salem Subway, but now it's just a bit sketchy. Not sure where I'll go next time.

I eat at Subway frequently. I was concerned about this one. The toaster oven was out of order, the ice tea was empty, they did not have all items on the items on the menu. The service was ok, but no apologies for lack of. Items requested. I will sti frequent Subway, I enjoy it when it is right. This may have been an off day.

The sandwiches are alway cold,even when toasted, bread hard and sometimes doesn't taste right.

Ordered four sandwiches. One of them was a Chicken Bacon Ranch. Paid full amount and everything. The only problem is that the chicken bacon ranch didn't have the bacon.... If not for that being half of the protein on the sandwich and being one of the more expensive sandwiches I probably wouldn't say anything. But when you miss half of the meat on the sandwich and no one answers the phone at the business when you try to call to get it corrected I'd say there's a problem....

EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SLOW. They don’t even acknowledge you when you walk in. Take their sweet time when there’s a line of customers, no sense of urgency whatsoever. Very unfortunate to see adults don’t have basic customer service skills.

Ordered a meatball marinara for take out, got home and found the meatballs were cold. Not like "I took too long to eat it cold", like they were refrigerated cold.

This was be far the worst experience at a subway ever!. First of all the ladies that are there 8/31/21 besides the new girl need another job. If one them is the manager she was terrible too. I've been in restaurant management and customer service most of my life and this was just terrible. First of all no greeting. I asked for a toasted sandwich and got a hard sub. She toasted my bread on the outside which made it hard to eat so I didn't. They was talking to the new girl like she was a pet, if I was her I would walked out. Bread being made during lunch peak. No tea made at all. Serving table not stocked and ready for the lunch rush. It was just terrible. If I was management, I who hire people that actually wants to work. Good luck eating at this location.
