I went through the drive-through and ordered a taco supreme for my granddaughter. When I got home, the shell had been crunched and was in little pieces ... she ate it with a spoon. I don't know what's going on down there, but that was really weird. It was definitely done on purpose but why?? Are they bored? Or just mean...Karma, what goes around .........

By far the worst Taco Bell I went to. I had issues with the app (not their fault) so I when inside to order, I was rudely interrupted while ordering on the kiosk because no one would help me at the counter. The woman who interrupted me also interrupted a phone call with my neurologist. They also screwed up my food so half of it I couldn’t eat because the food had my allergen in it.
I wouldnt normally leave a review for a fast food restaurant but The crew was very rude and unprofessional. I called because items were missing from an order, the person I spoke to said they would make note and remake the whole order on our next visit. I sent my husband to have him pick it up just to have them try and not make the whole order and leave items out yet again. I called to see why it's not being handled the way I was told it would be and spoke to a very rude unprofessional person who can barely speak audibly and mumbled the whole time we spoke. After my call my husband said they stopped responding or talking to him altogether. It's not my fault you guys aren't good at your customer service job and people want what they pay for so make it right with a smile on your face. This location always is an issue for us and after looking at other reviews I'm clearly not alone, so maybe management needs to be rethought here.

If I didn't love the food so much it would have got a 1 star. Dirty, no soap in the restroom can't wash my hands... I won't give up on Taco Bell but I'll never go back to this location. ??

It was late at night. Don't have a car but ordered online and they still were cool with me walking to the window. However the food was old. I got the fiesta potatoe bowl. If they had been fresh it would have been bomb AF. Service times were normal for any late night Taco
