Very good version of chicken and waffles. Asked them to tone down the “hot” a bit and she said no problem. Chicken portions good size, done to perfection. Waffles just the right crispness. My wife had the Turkey pesto panini sandwich and said it was great as well. She shared a bite and I agree.
The Hey Taylor and Ol Lally with Beingets. You will find this little gem tucked at the very end of the Beehive station that is located in Salem. With the delicious food that simply leaves your mouth watering you will want to try more and more. The service was quick, food was out in a timely manner and perfect for those whom have an appetite. The chicken is so juicy and tender and cooked to perfection. The beignets are as good as I’ve had in New Orleans. If you haven’t tasted Lindsay’s good food you are missing out.
