I've ordered custom engraved cups on multiple occasions and they are always very quick to complete my order and produce an excellent product. My teens and I love to browse around in their store. It's great to have them in town! To the reviewer that complained because of "left wing propaganda", Hobby Lobby can be found across town where you can be surrounded by bible verses and American flags on every shelf if you're into that kind of indoctrination.

Kind staff and beautiful gifts for baby thru teens. Especially nice Diaper Bags. Regarding the statement below from John. You and your children live in a World where Politics are stuffed into our faces via Social Media; Public and Private Sector Schools and sadly within the Family. there is no place for allowing the poor treatment of anyone; anytime or anywhere. A friend of mine recommended I come here to shop for a few personalized gifts for the holidays. I purchased a custom etched water bottle for my sister. The employee behind the counter was incredibly, helpful, polite, and patient as I decided what on a font and design for the bottle. I am beyond happy with the finished product and will be sure to come back soon to purchase more!!! Walking into the store I saw so many positive and affirming messages!!! Window art that reads Black Lives Matter, Black Trans Lives Matter, and ALL ARE WELCOME are prominently displayed. I saw a few reviewers say that they found the window display racist. This couldn't be further from the truth!

Store owner called my wife a "******* b***** when trying to return an item that didn't fit. Return policy is not clear or transparent. I do not recommend this store due to the lack of customer service and being respectable.

I love this shop, and was so excited to see it open two years ago. It has the BEST items - from keychains to dresses, mugs to earrings, there is something for everyone at The Freckled Bee. Want something made-to-order? Stop in and let them know. I have bought so many presents for friends and family here that I've stopped counting. Prices are reasonable and products well-made. Go there! You won't be disappointed! :)

We had made a bulk custom order and a handful of tshirts had markings and scratches. They handed it to us like this without fixing the issue knowing that some t shirts did not turn out well and purposely put those T-shirts at the bottom of the bag. The receipt also states non refundable.
This place is looks cute and nice at first glance but is deceiving. I'm from out of town and was shocked by how abhorrent and racist the clothing in the store was. I was in search of a nice onesie for my newborn and only could find gross phrases about police brutality and one saying "I waxed and vaxxed for this" - on a CHILDS onesie. Salem should never have stores so political and racist. I'm disappointed Salem. Do better

Such a great store! I've been in a couple times and this time I ordered 7 Custom hats and the service was fantastic! I needed them completed before my trip and they got them done THE NEXT DAY. Avery was so great and the hats turned out just as I hoped. Will continue to support this great store!

Amazing store. Amazing products. Keeping it simple and sweet, but this store is outstanding. I highly recommend this place. If you can't go, they always do their very best to deliver products in a timely manner and make sure they always give top notch service.

I had a cup engraved there and I am super happy with the result! I found the whole process very easy: I emailed a screen shot of the image to them, picked out a cup, went for a walk downtown and came back to my finished cup exactly how I wanted it. I highly recommend this shop!
