I was in today from Portland to have lunch with my mom. We sat at table 51 our server Janette C. took our drink order which was fine. Then she came back to take our food order she seemed to have entered everything into her electronic pad just fine. Then our food showed up. My salad didn't have dressing, the black and blue wagyu burger had 2 little crunchies which seemed minimal for the $17.99 price tag. Then my wife's Cobb salad add chicken came with no chicken, no egg, and very little bacon but it did have avocado! The server brought us our food so you think she would look at our food before bringing it to our table. She was quick to just take it off the tab. On a good note my mom's food was good. 3 drinks and 2 meals cost $68.48 and the lowest tip was 18%. This meal didn't deserve 18% maybe 8%. We won't be back, and we normally come to good food/ service.

What happened to this place? The food used to be amazing & it was THE place to be. Ordered pretzels w/ beer cheese dip. The cheese tasted like canned bacon cheese. The Mac & cheese was probably one of the worst we've ever tried. The mushroom burger had 5 or 6 burnt mushrooms on it. Couldn't even tell there were there while eating it. Tots were freezer burnt. The service was pretty decent. But man, it's sad to see what this place has become. I can't see us coming back any time soon.

My wife and I visited at lunchtime, with a cozy atmosphere, perfectly lit, and music thats not too overbearing, it's easy to enjoy your time there amongst the buzz of neighboring conversation. Well spaced, clean, with great service its easy to see why this business has thrived through the ups and downs of this economy.Amidst all that, it's obvious the real MVP of this place, the FOOD, more specifically, these MFing Armadillo Eggs.My wife and I ordered the RAM Tacos, pork carnitas on flour tortillas, the Beer Battered Fish and Chips, Armadillo Eggs with a side of ranch and buffalo sauce, (if you havnt dipped in both, you're missing out) and a Kids Nugget Meal for our little one.Fish was great, perfectly dressed batter that doesn't overpower the seasoned fish, every bite was better than the next, until dissapointingly, it was gone. This meal was enjoyed with a seasonal Pale Ale that complimented the dish nicely.Fries were hot and crispy, as they should be, enjoyed with or without dipping sauce.Tacos were on a whole other level, the meat was incredibly flavorful, paired with those pickled onions was a hit that kept hitting until the last bite.I'll be transparent, the rice and beans were not the move, although I still ate them, the rice lacked seasoning, fairly bland, which is no big deal, a shake of salt and it would have been fine, beans as well. (Some people prefer it this way which is why its not a big deal)Coming out at around $75 this was by far our best dining experience at The RAM and we are glad to see they are still providing bangers with excellent, easy customer service.

We brought an entire football team for lunch before a big game and they were so easy to work with and communicated with us the entire week leading up to our reservations. The staff was great and went above and beyond. Food was even better than expected. Hopefully we will be back soon!

We ate there yesterday 11/11 - at about 3pm there was 7 of us… we ordered our drinks and then our food. Our food came and my husbands food never came out - had to literally hunt someone down for a good 10 + mins to tell them. The waitress didn’t apologize or anything she just said she forget to ring them in… she didn’t check on us at all and if we needed something we had to literally stare her down because she never came over to check on us … none of our kids drinks got refilled and I only got a refill of water because I was able to catch her but she left the table in the middle of me asking for more water so I couldn’t ask her to refill the kids drinks. She was overall just unfriendly and rude it seemed like she would leave the table in of us saying something and not even hearing us…She cleared some plates and grabbed my daughters plate that she was still working on… i t was the the worst serve we have gotten there…. Overall disappointing because we love eating there .
