I have been going to whites since I was born. I am 25 years old now. My dad would carry me in every Sunday morning for breakfast starting when I was a newborn and the tradition of us eating here has continued throughout the years. It has been amazing to see how this restaurant grows without sacrificing the quality of their food and the customer service. Every single time I come here I am always impressed with the workers and the food. Everyone is so kind and attentive. Now that I have moved out of the area every time I come back to visit I always make it a point to stop by and get breakfast at least once. I will always recommend this place if you want a hearty meal in a great atmosphere.

One year later update: i've not been on for about ten months. Not only did they recall my favorite boothe, name, and meal, but remember my bran muffins. Never had a place with such wonderful service and amazing breakfast. Since 1936, and heres to 2036. Come grab a bite and enjoy this treasure of traditional downtown diner experience. Remember, they close at 2pm, and it can get very busy._____I have memories of going to diners a lot as a kid, and this one was one of my favorites because (as a kid) I really enjoyed eating at a diner counter. Now, older, i find myself impressed with the quality of food, the amount of care put into the atmosphere, staffing, and specials. They're friendly and warm to chat with, and can recognize if you're in a state of focus. Their Morning Glory muffins alone are the highlight of my weeks when i come in. Food is portioned amazingly well, sometimes I cant finish a plate, or take a little longer. They never make you feel rushed, by the way. Food is also hearty and does not hold a greasy quality to it, which I am very happy with. I taste more of the flavor of the meal; and the chefs and owners bust butt making sure your order is accurate.If the review felt long and overly praised, thats because its accurate to my fee-fees. This place still elicits a feeling of childhood nostalgia, a nerdy feeling of Twin Peaks Diner scenes, and the comforting feeling of Home, when I'm here.So, go drop a few bucks. Get a warm morning glory, and for breakfast I encourage a 15½, as you get a mini platter of delicious food (and bacon and sausage thats actually done right!).

We always forget about Whites Restaurant when we are out and looking for breakfast. Today we just happen to pass and remembered they serve breakfast until 2pm. Great service sometimes a wait but overall really good food at reasonable prices. Really good milkshakes too with our ham and cheese omelette!!!

Great breakfast spot, my wife had her go to with hasnbrowns plus cheese smd onions, she is allergic to eggs and they don't comingle on the grill so no reaction!!! And I had the biscuits and gravy, huge portion and so delicious!!!

I took myself on a solo breakfast date here and I got the biscuits and gravy, toast, hashbrowns, and orange juice. Everything was great. The atmosphere was lively and energetic, was pretty clean, and the server (I forgot her name) was super friendly. I would recommend trying white’s restaurant out!

I had such high expectations but when served sandwich bread for French toast that was just limp. I don’t go out often and breakfast is my favorite meal, this was soooo disappointing.
