I've been here 3 times and would normally be here more regularly if I lived closer. Alas, because it's a ways away-- I always stop by to treat myself to a wonderful breakfast. The breakfast burrito is our family's favorite. Fresh, hot ingredients cooked perfectly with the best condiments combinations. Service is always excellent. On our way to a weekend hike, we stopped at this food cart pod in Sandy. Breakfast in the Hood was happening, with folks waiting for their food, good smells coming out of the cart, and a smiling employee making conversation. We ordered the 'Cross Country' sandwich (mushrooms, spinach, onion, tomato, eggs, cheddar) and the 'Binder' burrito (eggs, onion, mushrooms, spinach, tomato, potato, cheddar).
