I love KFC but i will never go back in there again ..the man in there is a disgusting vile human being that has horrible customer service skills..the chicken is dryer overcooked and cold.
If I could give a zero on service I would. They had two people talking on the drive thru. Messed up our order and then blamed us. Since when does a five layer burrito have lettuce in it? Mine did. Food was cold and employees were rude. Including the manager. They made my husband go out and get a dime because they messed up order and then it was a dime difference. I was very disappointed and wouldn't refer anyone to go here.
