My parents and I always come to this Jimmy John's and never have had an issue with the service. We always enjoy our food and generally the atmosphere is is great. I would recommend this Jimmy John's and I will definitely go back. With that being said, I'm hoping this visit is just a one off and I'm hoping this reaches the franchise owner since I cannot seem to get ahold of them. The person that was kind of "running " the show made the environment extremely uncomfortable today....read full review

Ordered chicken jalapeño wrap,delicious! The Thai chicken wrap,had to substitute with turkey for Thai wrap was still pretty good added a little southwestern mustard to the Thai that turned out really good, customer service was nice,pleasant

Worst sandwich I've received to date. Usually they are ok for a quick bite on my lunch break but today when I opened up my sandwich it had hardly nothing on it!! It was awful , not filling whatsoever unless you are into bread and mayo sandwiches. Glad I ordered chip and a pickle because this was terrible and I won't be back to this location.
