Ordered food for delivery through the app after receiving a coupon for a order they sent me the wrong items for previously.The exact same thing happened this time. I don’t think the workers are reading anything other than the name of the sandwiches that need to be made. All the substitutions I got charged for were not correct.Disappointing this happened on the order that was supposed to be a solution for them messing up previously. Every time I go to order here, something is wrong with my order. This time I had no bacon on my bacon turkey bravo. The order took excessively long, over 15 minutes when no one was in lobby or in line. The gal who took my order was great, repeated back my order and added on extra side sauce I wanted. But the consistency is so poor here. I had worked for Panera back in the day for over 8 years and it has gone down hill. I will not be back.

Forgot to put butter in my order. I asked for extra and I got none! The bag was packed so tight I would have had to empty it out to see if everything was in there so I trusted that I got what I ordered.Might be awhile before we eat here again!
