Poke Makana is the best and most consistent poke restaurant I've come across. I make it a point to go there every time I'm in Sherwood. Everything is fresh, it's assembled with precision and speed, and it's a meal that my entire family loves, as each bowl is made fresh to order. It's definitely worth it to show up and fill out your ballot vs. using online ordering, because there is a significant upcharge for online ordering. Imagine a Subway sandwich place, a burrito cart, and a sushi shop, all made a baby together!You go in. You pick stuff you want to eat on a slip of paper. You hand it over. They roll it all up like a sushi roll, but the kind with the seaweed on the outside. We have enjoyed this spot several times and it is consistently amazing! The sushi rice is perfectly cooked and seasoned, fish is always fresh, toppings and veggies are great and the sauces on top are perfect.
