Every single time I've been there I never get what I ordered the way I want it and their slogan is "have it your way", but you don't. And I ordered an impossible whopper which it plant based 'meat' and when I got home to eat it it was RAW and pink. How can you severely under cook a plant burger?! They do have good blended freezes but you have to ask for it in a certain way or forget it.
I was having a blah day. After two failed dinner attempts we decided to go through the Drive thru. Not only did Jessica’s customer service brighten my day the food was hot and delicious. She is amazing!

They screw burger orders up here a lot. Took them 3 times to make one burger correct on more than one occasion. And my burger is always the same: meat, cheese, lettuce, tomato and extra onion. REALLY easy. I've worked at 2 different locations in the past and I don't eat here anymore because of the screwups the last time I went.
