Very unhealthy but I can see why some people are addicted to greasy food, it tastes good in a way. But definitely not the best place for healthy food it will put weight on you and fast.
Really great person giving us our order through the drive thru. And the food actually looked like the pictures and not all smooshed like other McDonald's. A surprisingly good trip to McDonald's when we really needed it after a hard day.
