On 42nd in Springfield. I caught drift of the aroma over there. I turned my head. I said, I'm going over here. Now. I pulled up to the window. A pleasant young woman greeted me and took my order. Easy as pi. Another woman, quick, with presence put my order together for me. I drove around the building and there, a man was working the smoker. WOW!!! Is all I have to say!! Vinnie and crew have mastered their trade, and their passion for it really comes out in the flavors!!We tried their 2 meat plate; Brisket and Pulled Pork with Mac and BBQ Beans! Talk about drool worthy, and I personally don’t do BBQ Beans, my husband does… but to my surprise they were SOO GOOD!!We ordered the clam chowder, because cold wet Oregon weather called for it… it was scrumptious and totally hit the spot!Thanks for filling our bellies...read full review

I had the pulled pork sandwich which was mouthwatering. I’m from Texas so that is a compliment. My husband had the two meat plate with the brisket and pulled pork which he thought was good.
