“Great little taco truck, we ordered carne asada tacos, a burrito, quesadillas, burrito bowl and tongue tacos...all got great reviews from my family. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. We'd eat here again for sure!”

Not only are their sandwiches delicious, but they have gluten free bakery items that are so good. Not to mention, the women working there are the sweetest! “Great quality fresh food expertly prepared. Pineapple chow Yukon and shrimp noodle soup bowl were both excellent. Fried rice and orange chicken were as good as anywhere.”

“Went today and they had obviously had a huge influx of orders. My order was quite late and the lobby was FULL of people. Despite having a full lobby and being backed up on orders all the workers were working together, diligently to catch up with no complaints, no attitude. I was very impressed ? thank you!”

“This place is amazing. Hands down the nicest people who run it and the food...oh my. I like mine spicy and they tailored every meal to meet my needs. I'm so happy I don't have to travel far to get some delicious food. I have ordered their pork pad kee mao, pork pad see ewe, chicken tom yum soup (all level 3 spice) and as for sushi..I have tried their volcano roll and their spicy salmon roll which are both delicious! Come and eat here and you won't be disappointed.My favorite place to eat in Stayton!”

The one time they accidentally forgot something I wanted added, they didn't hesitate to offer to remake it.. despite being busy at the time.The place is always clean, and it's extremely conveniently located being next to bimart and roths..I can do some quick grocery shopping while my order is being made.”

We are overwhelmingly happy to say we will be making the trip out to Stayton in the near future to come back for their authentic food. My husband and I have been trying to find an authentic Mexican restaurant since moving back to the states from Mexico and this was it. The ambiance, the family vibes and the food were all spot on.
