I have eaten from this company once before and really liked it but today I ordered online and they completely messed up my order. They gave me one of the wrong sandwiches and forgot 2 sides of the 3 sandwiches I bought.
I love it here!! It does get extremely busy especially on the weekends, but the management and team really keeps the flow of traffic moving steady. It’s not their fault they make such delicious sandwiches so consistently that they’re bombarded on the weekends, the wait time is always worth it for me! I think the manager’s name may be Melissa (not sure) but she is probably the best at multi tasking that I have ever seen!!! She keeps track of who’s been waiting the longest...read full review

Sometimes, they just make mistakes and today was that day. Everything was made differently than requested, but everything was made right plus better. Kept the wrong and the right ones, so everyone was happy with their breakfast egg sandwiches on bagels. Oh, they ran out of most of the gourmet bagels on this day and they even ran out of plain! We need to get there earlier it seems. Food always tastes good, thank goodness for that!! Great manager on hand to help out with everything.
