So yummy! I had the spicy bbq tofu. The tofu was thin sliced and slightly crispy with lots of tasty bbq sauce. It was such a great combo of textures and flavors. I really enjoyed the extra crunch of the slaw and how the the creamy mac salad cooled the heat from the tofu. I can't wait to try the other two tofu menu items listed. Even my husband who is very reluctant about anything tofu said it was delicious.
These women are incredible, and so is their food! I am in love with the poke nachos and I stalk their Instagram for updates on when they will have it available. Their menu has a variety of delicious things like mochiko chicken, the Mac salad is always a favorite too. The truck in Tigard has a nice little area for picnic tables to eat at as well. Absolutely love this place. Every time we visit the staff is super friendly, the food is super delicious. I never leave unsatisfied. I highly recommend it to all of my friends and anybody who reads this.
