Once I knew they have Beyond Meat (Meatless/Vegan Meat) I went down to try a Beyond Torta since I had a long time since I eat one it was awesome!! My son ask for a Beyond Quesadilla too. We were so excited about it that they have a options for vegan/vegetarian eaters. Really nice owners great service.
Would rate higher if I could. Easily one of the highest quality and delicious burritos I've ever had, and the owners are friendly, relaxed, and professional. I am definitely coming back here and bringing friends, too!

Las Rosas is a small Food Car, I had the opportunity to taste the asada quesadilla and it was delicious, the staff very attentive and gentle. I would go back again for more flavors. Recommended this small but delicious place
