“Great food and service. Seats are too short for the tables though. It felt like I should have asked for a booster seat even though I'm about 6'...Parking: Not many spacesKid-friendliness: TVs to distract the kids, small dining room“
“4.5 stars. Food was pretty good though not the best I have had. The tacos were good and meaty. There is a condiments bar and a variety of drink options. The location is tough. Parking is at a premium even when it is slow. There are a couple other food carts nearby. Prices were fair. Service was good with a handheld buzzer for when food is ready.I would come again if in the area.“
“Don't skip on this place! It is a fantastic little spot slinging some delicious Tortas!Kid-friendliness: It's at a food truck next to a playground/community area.Wheelchair accessibility: All on level ground. Tigard made this park very accessible to all!“
“I had lunch there yesterday with a friend and it was beyond our expectations. The food was delicious, and the portions were huge. We ordered the shrimp ceviche and steak fajitas and had leftovers enough for another meal. Also, the staff was pleasant and Betty, who is part of the Margarita Factory family, who gracious and took the time to talk with us. I would definitely urge anybody to visit this beautiful restaurant! I've already planned a girl's night-out there next week... can't wait! (also, the happy hour has amazing deals)“
“This is a Mexican food gem. My husband loves their Chile Relleno. I have mixed feelings because I have better carnitas elsewhere. But this is a place where 90% patrons are Mexicans, so I do believe it serves authentic Mexican food and freshly made pastries. Staff is friendly and place is well maintained.Parking: On 99 Hwy.“
“We could not love Tigard Mazatlan more! They are awesome! Best salsa! Every item we have tried has been delicious, with generous portions provided. The staff is very friendly and attentive, always making us feel welcome. The atmosphere is pleasant but not too fancy. Great restaurant to feel comfortable and enjoy a wonderful meal.“
“I was shopping in the area and saw their sign for limonada. Went inside and ordered one. I don't speak Spanish, so I'm sure it's my fault, but I didn't receive what I intended to order. Not at all disappointed. After research, I'm pretty sure I ended up with a mangonada, which is as far from lemonade as you can get. It was incredibly delicious. I will absolutely be going back very soon!“
“Wife and I used to come here every week after our weekly archery session and it was great. It had been a bit since we came here and it is mostly the same as it was. It may be a honeymoon period that ended, but it ends up feeling like most other Mexican restaurants. The Margaritas are huge though!Vegetarian options: A lot of the menu options have a vegetarian option.Parking: Parking lot can hold roughly 16 cars, which is fine at the times we have arrived. Not sure how bad it would get if busy.“
“Today, as I was picking up my wife's Tostada De Ceviche De Camarones, it dawned on me as to why I like going to Taco del Sol & have been doing so ever since they came to town. The food is usually very good & the staff is typically quite friendly - this visit was no exception. Happy staff, great tasting food, free salsa/condiment bar... But, back to the reason for my first statement. It's kinda like visiting your good friend's house for a meal & whatever's on TV. You're still a guest but presently you're also parte de la familia.Kid-friendliness: Kids with well-behaved adults are always welcomed.?“
“Fantastic Mexican food. Ordered the 3 taco plate to go. (They do offer indoor seating) the tacos had a lot of meat, were very flavorful, tortillas were hot and fresh, rice and beans were delicious, and employees were all very nice and helpful. My only complaint would be the parking. When they are in the middle of a rush the parking lot can be a bit of a zoo, but I wouldn't let that stop me. I can't wait to go back and try their other dishes.“
“I know! I know!! Was it clean? Well, yes. It was brilliant. Nothing sticky on the floor. Windows and tables are very clean. Nice! So, thinking I wanted a Carnitas Burrito, I was informed that they don't do Carnitas, but they have a close second. Alas! It wasn't. Meats are to be seasoned (Asada) via marinade, so flavours blend and roll subtly and well balanced so that the tounge enjoys the experience as well as the mouth and stomach. This was not that experience. The meat was clean! I mean, like it had been added to the centre of the burrito, and then some seasoned things tossed in, and the tortilla then rolled, and cheese melted atop of it. It was not a great eating experience. Add to that the more than six or seven times I got a hard piece of rice! Old? Reheated? Not cooked? Who knows? I know it was hard and only added to my disappointment. Seriously! One grain in one hundred? Sure! But this was not cool! The beans were good. Smooth, creamy, and nicely seasoned without too much salt like some other restaurants are wonton to do.It was the #17 in the event enquiring minds wish to know...“
“Tonight was my first time ever here, and it was absolutely worth the price. The food was phenomenal, portions are truly vast, the hosts/servers are attentive but not overly so, and if you like loud, lively, convivial dine-in experiences, Choza is for you!Of course, I HIGHLY recommend you get a reservation first as it is always swamped, and lines to wait for a table to open up can be over an hour (we witnessed a few people who had opted to stand and wait for a full hour, in fact.I will admit that the prices are even a little steeper than expected, yet as usual for a Hispanic eatery, the portion sizes are more than worth their pricing in gold. When I say generous, I sincerely mean it. Be prepared to get a to-go box to take out your unfinished leftovers for a well deserved round two!The atmosphere is modernist, VERY boisterous, busy and lively, with loud chatter of conversations all around that echo throughout this rather tiny space. If you are not comfortable with or easily overstimulated/overwhelmed by large crowds, lots of people and tons of chatter, this definitely is not going to be a pleasant or comfortable experience for you. For how much that is, and for the modernist styling (I personally have never been a fan, though let's face it, who cares, you're there for the food), I tacked off a half a star for each to 4 for atmosphere.Parking: Even with a large, three story parking garage, and the usual oceans of parking lots around, it can genuinely be a bit of a drive around to find yourself a spot during the usual rush periods.“
“Was at the Enterprise parking lot across the street, picking up a rental, and could smell really good Mexican food coming from this place. I had to check it out, and I'm so glad I did because i'm thoroughly impressed. Everything I ordered was so tasty. And there was more on the menu that I can't wait to try next time! Don't miss checking this place out for sure.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian burrito was ?“
