“Just had the best experience at this Taco Bell. I'm a complicated customer who has been successfully ordering at TB for 2+ years, the past 3 times I've gone I have walked away with Crunch Wraps instead of Chalupas (that's on me for not reading the screen.) During my exceedingly rare trip to the Lake O Taco Bell a young gentleman inquired about my fresco style crunch wraps with guacamole, wanting to let me know the guacamole wasn't fresco. I OK'd the guac on the fresco items but let him know I had ordered Chalupas, not Crunch Wraps. He immediately began the process of refunding me the difference between the two items (~$2) despite me saying I was okay being slightly overcharged for Crunch Wraps as long as I received Chalupas. Stellar! Another young gentleman came back to the window and let me know "It gets worse" because they didn't have the soda my friend wanted. It might not come across as hilariously in this review as it did in person but the comedic timing on this guy really lightened the mood of an otherwise unfortunate situation. Thankfully they had plenty of my friends back up soda choice and we drove away with a perfectly fulfilled order and a lot of laughs! The Sunday night crew at this TB is top notch!“
“Chefs kiss to only this Taco Bell. I live like 3 mins away from a different one but will go on the freeway to the next exit for this specific Taco Bell. The people are always so kind and have great customer service. We pulled up and ordered a decent amount of food that’s like “oh that much on Taco Bell?” Anyways, our gift card wasn’t working properly and they tried their best to fix it but it was looking like we had to betray this location and go to a different one before the manager or whoever was training someone else (love you queen, you rule) said “it’s on us” omg are you kidding? That’s so kind.“
