Where in the world has shashuka been all my life??? Holy Crap! SO good! The platter comes with Israeli salad, a pita, and hummus. I normally don't like hummus. This was phenomenal! I want a whole bowl of it! The lady running the truck was so friendly and personable. I am not as familiar with Mediterranean food as I'd like to be but, I know the basics. What a treat having this Kosher Food truck visit Syracuse , NY! Just the pita alone was a meal in itself- soft, fluffy and fresh. The falafel- amazing. And to top off the great food were the wonderful owners!
Fresh, healthy, delicious food served by kind genuine people. I called this place for takeout on a roadtrip, and this was the best hidden gem I have found on the road. I had their veggie gyro, which was packed with fresh vegetables, and generously coated in delicious homemade sauce. This was some of the best food of its kind that I have had in a while.
