The Thai Food is very good, they know what they are doing and are willing to talk to figure out what you may like before you randomly pick just anything. They are welcoming and food is delicious.The Spanish place is awesome. Very little chatter but they are focused on their 'sazon', so I'm okay with no talking. Well priced food.Both sandwich places are overpriced and the foods just okay, sauces are watery and menu prices are incorrect.
I went on a holiday weekday so it was fairly dead, which I liked but may surprise some. City markets are always great places to find new food options that aren't just filler chain fast food but local interesting fare. Relatively this place is on the small side but that feels perfect for Allentowns size.Parking is available around the block fairly easily, we got in for free and no problem in the afternoon but I'm guessing on prime game times it is better to walk. Had a beautiful sushi lunch today at Randevoo’s spot in the Downtown Market. I’ve been to a few other places in the market and they were great- but today’s sushi was just delicious!
